Our KOM charcoal is produced entirely from hardwood – beech, oak and hornbeam – sourced from the ecologically clean forests of the Berkovitsa Balkan, at the foot of Kom Peak. Unlike chemically loaded briquettes, our products are 100% natural, with no added fillers, glues or impurities. Each batch is carefully roasted and cooled to ensure stable temperature and long-lasting burning – regardless of what grill you use. Since May 2014, we have been using leading European equipment from Green Power Ltd., which guarantees consistent quality, efficiency and cleanliness of the production process.
